Appointed as insolvency administrator by the insolvency courts of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Saxony and Thuringia.
Specialized in handling complex insolvency proceedings with the aim of preserving companies and jobs.
Main areas of activity
Insolvency administration, business and legal reorganization and restructuring of insolvent companies, continuation of operations in insolvency, preparation of insolvency plans, international insolvency law.
