Biography

Born in 1971 in Weiden.

Studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Salzburg, legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court district of Nuremberg.

Admitted to the bar in 2000.

Worked as a lawyer in legal firms in Nuremberg and Schwabach concentrating on Commercial Law between 2000 and 2003. Since 2001 mainly active in Insolvency Law.

Joined the legal practice Dr Beck & Partner in February 2003 focusing on Insolvency Law and Insolvency Administration.

Appointed Insolvency Administrator and trustee at the insolvency courts in Wurzburg, Hof, Weiden and Schweinfurt.
