Biography

Born in 1976, married, 3 children.

Studied law with additional courses in economics at the University of Bayreuth. Studied for his PhD under Professor Dr Karl-Georg Loritz of Bayreuth on a subject at the point where company law and insolvency law meet.

Admitted to the bar and joined the legal practice Dr Beck & Partner in 2004.

Specialised in complex going concerns and reorganisation in insolvency as well as net asset calculation in criminal insolvencies.
