Born in 1966 in Munich, Germany

Studied law at the University of Regensburg, Germany and at Utrecht University, the Netherlands.

Research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Procedural Law and Private International Law under Professor Dr. Peter Gottwald, University of Regensburg.

Doctorate completed under Professor Dr. Peter Gottwald with a comparative law thesis in enforcement law.

1997 – Admitted to the Bar

2013 – Qualified as a Business Mediator (Chamber of Industry and Commerce)

Employed as a lawyer with a focus on litigation in an international commercial law firm in Munich.
Employed as an in-house lawyer in a major international corporation.
Employed as an in-house lawyer in a mid-sized company operating within the electrical engineering sector.
